An episode of the short-lived early TV comedy "The Ed Wynn Show". Like many early variety shows, this program has elements of both Vaudeville & Radio. Guests in this episode include Gloria Swanson. Picture quality is sloppy due to bad source material.

An episode of that popular 1950's TV series "The Arthur Murray Party". This show aired on ABC for the first few months of its broadcast as Arthur Murray Party Time, then moved to the DuMont Television Network, ABC, CBS, DuMont, CBS, NBC, CBS, and finally NBC (in that order). This episode features special guest Johnnie Ray, a hugely popular singer who was still in the closet at the time. This episode had been uploaded before, but that upload vanished for reasons unrelated to copyright....

Yet another classic/vintage Aunt Jemims Pancakes commercial from the late 1950's. This one aired 4 March 1959 during an uncopyrighted tele-sitcom ("The Exploding Book", also to be downloaded on this site). Curiously, this commercial promotes eating pancakes with apple-rings. Indeed, this commercial has a sitcom-like flavor to it, such as the opening with the phase "Aunt Jemima Presents Peggy & Chuck".

An enjoyable 1959 TV-Commercial for "Aunt Jemima Pancakes". This ad promotes eating them with Bananas. Taken from public domain TV episode "Jealous Joe Randolph", also to be found on this site (FYI, the show is not called "Saturday Morning with Peggy and Chuck").

In this rare historic footage from the 3rd of November, 1952, we see rare insight into early children's television, in this case NBC's "Howdy Doody". Highlights include: Clarabell the Clown causing mischief; Several male and female children being asked what they'd do if they were elected President of the USA; Two commercials for 5th Avenue candy bars; and the ever-popular NBC-TV ID.

I had previously uploaded about 24 minutes of this, but finally, I can upload the whole episode I have of "The Frank Sinatra Show". As You'd assume, it's a musical-variety series. In some ways, despite Frank's many talents, this show is a bit of a mess when compared with some other high-profile star series of the time. Guests include Dagmar and June Hutton. At first I thought this was one episode and a partial episode, but it seems to be a complete episode. Why 45 minutes? The...

An episode of "Your Hit Parade" from the 24th December 1955. This NBC series presented the cast performing covers of pop chart hits. This episode has excellent production values and one of the worst commercials of all time. Also one of the few episodes of this series with an actual guest star. Main Singers are Dorothy Collins, Snooky Lanson, Russell Arms, and Gisele MacKenzie.

Here comes Tobar was a very short lived Sci-Fi television program. I don't know very much about this program that ran in 1957. It is about a crime fighting robot named Tobor and it is controlled telepathically by a little boy. If any of you know anything about this show please let me know so I can post it.

Batteries Not Included is a film that I put together early this year, after I made the film I did not know what to do with it because it is so much different than the Experimental art films that I am most known for doing. I decided to release this film on the internet and I thought the best place to do this would be right here on the Internet Archives. About the Film: Almost as long as I have been a filmmaker I have also been a film collector. I have for many years wanted to assemble a...
